AI-generated outputs — including transcriptions, analyses, scores, and coaching recommendations — may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, accents, background noise, and other factors outside our control.

Topcloser does not verify the lawfulness of any specific recording or upload and accepts no liability for any unlawful recording, processing, or use of conversation data by customers or their users.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Topcloser and its affiliates, directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• The use of or inability to use the platform;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated outputs;
• Decisions made based on platform outputs;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any third-party conduct in connection with the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service.

This limitation applies regardless of whether Topcloser was advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise).

Topcloser relies on third-party services for transcription, AI inference, hosting, and payments. Topcloser is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of any third-party service provider. Any outages, errors, or data incidents caused by third-party subprocessors are outside Topcloser's direct control.
